SYMPTOMS
The ''this=>AddSession(inConfigResource, inLocal, (Passhiolib_tlb::IOhioSessionPtr*)&outSession)': Unspecified error @ ..\Imports\PASSHIOLib_TLB.h/704' error message is received when running the "Connect Terminal" action.

CAUSE
The TN terminal emulation (TN3270, TN5250) components of the "Connect Terminal" action require an annual license update in order to maintain functionality.

RESOLUTION
Replace the passhio.key file from the original installation with the one from the following URL: http://www.networkautomation.com/urc/support/download-passhio-patch/

Please copy the contents of the file into one of the following locations based on the application installed and overwrite the existing file.

AM6:
32bit OS: C:\Program Files\AutoMate 6
64bit OS: C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoMate 6

AM7 & BPA7
32bit OS: C:\Windows\System32
64bit OS: C:\Windows\SysWOW64

AM8 & BPA8
32bit OS: C:\Windows\System32
64bit OS: C:\Windows\SysWOW64

AM9 & BPA9
32bit OS: C:\Windows\System32
64bit OS: C:\Windows\SysWOW64

Should we expect/plan for this to expire again next year? It does say annual update... Exactly what date will it fail, and on what date will the next updated file be available? -Andy Lynch
