For those of you who have purchased a Maintenance Plan for your license(s) of AutoMate, the benefits are clear. All that purchased AutoMate 5 with Maintenance received AutoMate 6 automatically. Purchasing Maintenance ensures that you will receive all major and minor updates for 2 years from the date of purchase. So, with AutoMate 7 looming just around the corner, now is best the time to make sure that your Maintenance Plan has not expired and will ensure your upgrade you intend to receive.

Conditions are as follows:

  • In order to receive AutoMate 7 with your Maintenance Plan your plan must be valid through the official date of release of AutoMate 7 (TBA).
  • If your Maintenance Plan was purchased more than 2 years ago, your plan has expired and must be renewed in order to receive AutoMate 7 upon its release.
  • If you purchased your maintenance plan before April 1st 2005, you should renew your Maintenance Plan. Your plan will be prorated to coincide with the official release date of AutoMate 7.
  • If you have questions about your Maintenance Agreement, would like to renew your Maintenance Plan, or would like information about special pricing for renewing your Maintenance Contract, please contact your Sales Representative. Otherwise you may contact us directly:
