Dallas Interview PicHI Dallas! How long have you been with Network Automation?
Nine months...that's almost a year!

What's the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is having the opportunity to meet different people and travel to different places. I enjoy talking to different customers - I learn quite a lot of new and interesting things from them.

What's your biggest challenge?
I think the biggest challenge of my job is to identify what customers are trying to accomplish with AutoMate and to come up with the easiest and most efficient solution for them.

What's your best advice for someone who is trying to learn AutoMate for the first time?
It is very important not to be intimidated or overwhelmed when you are learning AutoMate for the first time. Remember, you don't need to know programming at just takes time to remember which action is located in which action folder. Creating your first task may seem difficult, so I would recommend writing down all the steps and logics on paper before creating your first AutoMate task.

Do you use AutoMate? If so what do you use it for?
Of course! I can't imagine a day without AutoMate! I run all sorts of AutoMate tasks to help me do my work. I have tasks that send out emails, generate statistics and reports...I even have a task that launches net-meeting.
