What is the Automation Audit?

The Automation Audit helps businesses maximize ROI by discovering automation opportunities, as well as by offering best practice and configuration recommendations. New customers will discover how overall business processes can be improved, while existing customers will identify new automation opportunities through an analysis of their current operating environment. Both will receive documented suggestions toward improving their automation infrastructure.

How does it work?

Our team of Technical Solutions Consultants conduct the audit, which takes on average four weeks to complete. During the audit, TSCs will evaluate all aspects of existing processes that are being automated for current customers and, for new customers, processes not being automated. TSCs will also identify new areas where automation can be leveraged to provide additional cost savings for both existing and new customers.

What does it include?

To complete the Automation Audit, a portion of our TSC team is on-site for two days to gather data and identify relevant technical and business challenges. Additional information may be gathered over the phone or during a web session while our team compiles the 20–40 page audit report.

Once the report is complete, we present a 45-minute Automation Audit presentation via WebEx to share our findings and recommendations and to review next steps.

For prospective users, we will evaluate all current processes to identify automation opportunities or areas requiring process optimization.
