We view our channel partners as an extension of our sales organization, playing a critical role in our go-to-market strategy and activities. Our goal is to offer a partner program that is multi-tiered to deliver to our partners the necessary resources and assistance to grow their business around HelpSystems products. The Partner Program has three active tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) that each have minimum entrance criteria per partner type so that our partners can choose to receive the specific range of benefits they need to succeed.
