Network Automation Announces FY14 Q1 Results, Revenue Growth Up 40%
Strong Demand for Award-Winning, Scalable IT and Business Process Automation Software Solutions Propels Provider’s Substantial Revenue Growth
Los Angeles, October 29, 2013
Network Automation, the award winning IT and business process automation software provider, today reported financial results for its fiscal 2014 first quarter, ending September 30, 2013. Scalability and an increasingly higher demand from existing customers for Network Automation’s enterprise-level AutoMate BPA Server propelled the growth.
As Network Automation continues to expand its reach to an even wider variety of organizations to help them become more efficient and productive through automation, the company reported an all-time record month in September with revenue growth up 118 percent since September 2012, as well as an all-time Q3 record, with a 40 percent increase in Q3 FY13 revenue over Q3 FY12.
Founded in 2004 and based in Los Angeles, Network Automation provides business process automation software to more than 8,000 small, mid-market, and Global Fortune 1000 clients across 60 countries. The firm's AutoMate and AutoMate BPA Server platform span automation development, deployment, and management with a drag-and-drop environment that substantially reduces the total cost of the automation lifecycle. Common uses include enterprise application integration, job scheduling, automated FTP, batch processing, automated testing, data transformation, automated scripting, automated reporting and more.
Network Automation’s rapid growth and increasing client base speak to the company’s leadership in providing a user-friendly, scalable automation platform that requires no background in programming.
“The summer months are historically slow for our market, so we are thrilled to see such a surge in September with record-breaking results,” said Dustin Snell, founder and CEO of Network Automation. “Companies are continually asking their IT departments to do more with less, and we are glad we can provide them with an automation platform to accomplish this and then some. With Q4 being such a successful quarter for us, and the recent release of AutoMate 10 Public Beta earlier this month, we have high hopes for closing this year out strong.”
Network Automation’s already successful partnership with Pitney Bowes Software affirms a growing global demand for automation software. The two firms initially teamed up in 2012 so Pitney Bowes Software could become a worldwide reseller of Network Automation’s popular software solution, AutoMate BPA Server 9. The partnership has allowed Pitney Bowes Software to enhance its Sagent Data Flow system by automating critical integration and customer communications management processes.
Additional companies that have recently upgraded their Network Automation capabilities to AutoMate BPA Server include the following:
- Booz Allen Hamilton, an American technology-consulting firm, upgraded to AutoMate BPA Server, including licensing for hundreds of machines. The company mainly uses BPA for Active Directory, SNMP, deploying patches, job scheduling and file transfer.
- Martitime Program Group, an insurance group for any marine related risks, upgraded to AutoMate BPA Server to integrate the fabric of its existing scheduling tools to connect databases. The group also used AutoMate to run schedules and transfers files.
