Los Angeles, November 10, 2011
Network Automation, the premier provider of scalable IT and business process automation software, AutoMate™ 8 and AutoMate BPA Server 8, announced today a record sales result for its first quarter fiscal year 2012, ending September 30, 2011. The quarter marks the largest Q1 revenue result in the company’s history as sales were up more than 18% over the same reporting period in FY11. In all, the company signed nearly 100 new clients for the quarter including Blistex, Drugstore.com, Holland America, People’s Natural Gas, Sentara Health Care, and Transcom.
"We are very pleased with our strong close to the summer quarter,” said Gary Bishop, CEO of Network Automation. “The global economic news never fully brightened, but our sales remained strong with significant growth over last summer. Our message of lower total-cost-of-ownership for deploying meaningful automation continues to resonate with the international and US markets. We were especially pleased to see such strong transactional demand for our BPA Enterprise solution.”
Network Automation is responding to the growing demands of businesses under extreme pressure to do more with technology in less time, and at a lesser cost. This trend requires flexible, powerful software solutions that can accomplish a variety of tasks in a rapid manner. Network Automation’s platforms fit these criteria. The company has seen record quarterly results of its enterprise solution, AutoMate BPA Server, with 58 orders processed in Q1 FY12. Network Automation attributes its success to meeting the market’s need for powerful, scalable, easy-to-deploy automation with its AutoMate 8 and AutoMate BPA Server 8 products.
Network Automation’s products are sold throughout the world directly and through channel partners. In Q1 FY12, the company signed five new global channel partners, and increased channel sales by 44% over the same period last year. AutoMate 8 and BPA Server 8, are robust platforms designed to span automation development, deployment, and management, with a drag-and-drop development environment and other features that substantially reduce the total cost of the automation lifecycle.
