Network Automation Reports Record Fiscal Second Quarter 2011 Results

Company reports 21% growth rate, 83 new customers signed, 8 new global channel partners added. OEM sales increase by 111%, Indirect sales increase by 33% contributing to 37% of FYQ2 revenue. Expands staff, Welcomes new Director of Marketing Communications Jaci Robbins.

Network Automation, the premier provider of IT and business process automation software, announced today record sales results for its Fiscal Year Second Quarter (FYQ2) 2011 ending December 31, 2010 in which the company released its new platform AutoMate 8. Revenues grew by more than 21 percent over the same reporting period in 2010.

Contributing to the company’s success in FYQ2 2011 is the addition of eight new worldwide channel partners distributing its software solutions, AutoMate 8 and BPA Server 8, including Enterprise Systems Integration (Australia), Hypertec Direct (Canada), and Software Technology Resources (France). Indirect sales contributed to 37 percent of the company’s revenue for the quarter and grew 33 percent as compared to FYQ1. OEM sales more than doubled as well, showing a 111 percent increase.

In FYQ2 2011 Network Automation increased bookings by 21 percent, and deployed its process automation software solutions to a wide-range of repeat customers as well as 80 new customers including the U.S. Department of Defense, Wells Fargo, and Johnson & Johnson. Sales of its enterprise version, AutoMate BPA Server 8, increased by 65 percent and its single license version, AutoMate 8, showed a sales increase of nearly 15 percent. Network Automation’s client base consists of Fortune 2,000 companies as well as midmarket and small businesses.

Network Automation recently appointed Jaci Robbins as its director of marketing communications. Jaci joins Network Automation with more than 12 years of global communications experience, previously managing strategic campaigns at technology companies including UST Global and Telelogic. The company also expanded staff, welcoming new members to its sales, marketing, operations, and tech support teams this quarter.
