Network Automation Continues Momentum in Q3, Expands Channel Partnerships

Network Automation Adds 12 New Channel Partners, In-direct Sales Contribute 39% of Q3 Revenue. First 9 Months of Revenue Up 30% over 2009, Nearly 100 New Customers Signed in Q3 2010. Expands Staff, Welcomes New U.S. Channel Manager Dawn K. Willis

Los Angeles, Calif. - November 1, 2010 - Network Automation, the premier provider of IT and business process automation software, announced today its record sales results for the first nine months of 2010 as revenues grew by more than 30% over the same reporting period in 2009. Contributing to the company's success in Q3 is the addition of 12 new worldwide channel partners, now distributing its software solutions AutoMate 7 and BPA Server 7.

Network Automation's expanded channel management team generated 39% of the company's sales in Q3 2010, resulting in an increased revenue stream for both Network Automation and its partners. As of Q3, the company is working with 120 channel partners including Centerity, Clarity Partners, eXpedite Technology Limited, GlobalSCAPE, GrowTech, and QBS, among others. Through these partnerships, Network Automation has expanded its reach into both international and vertical markets.

In Q3 Network Automation deployed its process automation software solutions, AutoMate 7 and BPAServer 7, to nearly 100 new clients including Walmart, Aeropostale, and NYLX. Network Automation's client base consists of Fortune 500 companies as well as midmarket and small businesses.
