Network Automation Builds Momentum with Record First Quarter 2010 Sales

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

200 new clients signed; Revenues increased by 18.7% Record Q1 sales reflect increased market demand for IT Automation Software

Los Angeles, California, May 12, 2010
Network Automation, the leader in Mid-Market IT Automation Software, announced today a record sales result for the three-months ending March 31, 2010. Revenues were up 18.7% over the same reporting period in 2009. In all, the company signed over 200 new clients for the quarter including Citibank, GE Healthcare, Safeway, and the NFL's New England Patriots. The record Q1 follows Network Automation's record Q4 in 2009 and continues to reflect the new wave of increased market demand for IT Automation Software.

"Evidence indicates an automation 'tipping point' is already under way this year. All IT shops need to consider their plans for automation, including the many derivative outcomes for process refinement, staffing, tools, and the organization itself," stated an independent Forrester Research, Inc. report by Glenn O'Donnell, IT Operations 2009: An Automation Odyssey, July 2009.

"We are very pleased with the market's positive reaction to our value proposition of scalable, integrated process automation solutions," said Dustin Snell, CEO and Founder of Network Automation. "Our investment in industry standards, such as SOAP, Web Services, MS Exchange, Secure FTP, and the like is delivering daily automation value and repeatable investment return to our growing list of customers."

Customers in eighteen different countries purchased Network Automation software, continuing the company's global record of success. Additional new and returning clients include: Perot Systems (Dell), National Bankruptcy Services, the Canadian Ministry of Government Services, Abbot Labs, Daiwa, Mawer Investment Management, and the Colorado Housing & Finance Authority.

IT Automation Software is being touted by industry analysts as the natural successor to more traditional infrastructure software such as job schedulers. Network Automation's products, AutoMate 7 and BPA Server 7, are robust platforms designed to span automation development, deployment, and management with a drag-and-drop environment and other features that substantially reduce the total cost of the automation lifecycle.
