In order to achieve this goal we must adhere to the following guiding principles:

Ethics

Network Automation shall maintain the strongest ethical standards in the treatment of customers, employees and shareholders. When there is a conflict, the priority shall be determined in that order.

Communication

Network Automation shall maintain a high degree of communication with customers. A timely response time shall be an integral component of this communication. Communication shall be performed openly and in public wherever possible.

Openness

Public electronic discussion forums or its current technical equivalent shall be considered a key component of the Network Automation business model.

Speed

Network Automation shall always concern itself with retaining the nimbleness of a small company, that is, the ability to "turn on a dime" in response to market conditions.

Organization

Network Automation shall be organized hierarchically; however, the prime responsibility of management shall be to transform subordinates into leaders.

Individual Growth

Network Automation employees shall always be treated with the utmost respect and encouraged and financed (where possible) to grow intellectually and personally.

Efficiency
