Dustin M. Snell, the chief technology officer and founder of Network Automation, establishes the company's product strategy and technical direction. Always holding true to the AutoMate tenets of functionality and ease of use, Snell, an innovator and visionary, realized the relevant urge and need to automate the emerging cloud and virtualization markets. Under Snell's leadership, Network Automation continues its product growth at an unprecedented rate since inception.
His passion for technology transformed into a career spanning more than 20 years in the software technology industry with roles ranging from technical management to the CEO suite. He was the chief executive officer of Network Automation through 2010, a company he founded in 2004. Previously, Snell was the president, CEO and co-founder of Unisyn Software from 1995 until 2004.

Martin R. Gadzinowski Jr., the vice president of sales and marketing at Network Automation, consistently delivers increased, worldwide revenues and expanded product awareness. By overseeing all direct and indirect channel sales, domestically and abroad, Gadzinowski ensures the overall satisfaction of the company's customer base, which ranges from single deployments in SMBs to significant licenses and maintenance agreements in global enterprises. He joined Network Automation in 2004.
With his involvement in day-to-day customer interactions, inbound marketing and product demonstrations, the company's revenue increased by 800 percent and expanded to more than 10,000 installations across 60 countries worldwide under his leadership. Gadzinowski received a bachelor's of fine arts degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
