AutoMate BPA Server 9 reports are categorized into two distinct layouts, tables and execution charts. This section describes each layout and provides links to more detailed information.

Chart Reports

A chart (illustrated below) is a graphical representation of information, in which the data is represented by a diagrams or symbols, such as bars in a bar chart or slices in a pie chart. A chart can quickly show you what your data represents. In one glance, a viewer can come to an immediate understanding of the numbers. For instance, when a specific department's tasks take up more than half of a pie chart, it's easy to see who's doing the largest share of the work.

AutoMate BPA Server 9 encompasses execution charts that enables you to view a graphical representation of Workflow or Task performance statistics. A variety of chart types are offered, each of which is designed to convey a specific type of information. The graphic nature of charts really helps viewers understand your data. You can add text to represent the data as well, allowing others to view the actual numbers and values that a bar or pie wedge represents. Execution details can be easily filtered to display runtime information of a single object, group of objects or all existing objects. Other filter parameters include statistic type (i.e. Success, Failure) and date/time.

Table Reports

A Table report (illustrated below) consists of rows (each row is one record) and columns (each column is a field). A table report can contain any columns that you want. You can filter records, so you only see those that interest you. Then sort and group the remaining records any way you want. Once you've created your report, it's easy to manage. You can rearrange a table report while it's on your screen. Add a column, change sort order, move columns around.

AutoMate BPA Server 9 contains a variety of table reports that provide statistics in regards to Agents, Repository content, Events/Conditions, execution events and audit events. Reports can be filtered by columns, date/time, or by a single object, group of objects or all existing objects. Additionally, a Filter Editor is available to furnish more comprehensive filtering.
