WFD Output Tab

The Workflow Designer contains a Run button to allow an easy and viewable way to test a workflow while it is being constructed. The Output view (bottom right window pane) is the Workflow Designer's primary debugging tool due to its ability to log real-time information about a running workflow. As each object of a workflow executes, detailed information about that object is logged to the Output view with debug information, including the object name, when it started, which agent ran the object and its completion state (i.e. completed successfully or failed). If a failure occurs, verbose information about the generated error is logged in red for easy detection. The information logged in the Output view is usually the best indication of why, when and where a workflow failed.

NOTE: To clear output data, simply right-click anywhere in the Output tab view and select Clear.
