The repository allows storage and management the tasks, conditions, processes and workflows that have been created in the past. Each time a new task, condition or process is created, it is stored in the Repository's Tasks, Conditions, or Processes folder. Each time a new workflow is created, it is stored in the Workflows section. By storing such objects, they no longer need to be re-created. They can simply be called upon from the Repository to be used in future workflows. From the SMC, clicking the Repository tab opens the Repository section displayed below. For more details, see Repository Management. Additionally, clicking the Workflows tab opens the Workflows section. For more details, see Workflow Management. The repository can also be accessed from the Workflow Designer (WFD) For more details, see Building a Workflow.
