Account Control Panel

The Account Control Panel is a powerful and secure web-based interface which allows you to access your account information online twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Here you can view and edit your contact information, register your AutoMate serial number(s), download the latest software updates, generate new quotations and much more. Logging into your Account Control Panel is easy and convenient. Once you are on the login page, simply enter your e-mail address and password to complete the login process. Software Updates

The Network Automation development team frequently releases free product updates and enhancements based on customer feedback. Information on software updates, service packs, and patches are available in the URC's Version History section, which offers a time-line of additions and fixes for each AutoMate version. The purpose of product updates is to address typical issues that originated in an earlier version; therefore, it is recommended that users always keep up to date with the latest AutoMate version. To view the software version from the Task Administrator or Task Builder window, go to the Help menu and select About... On-Line Technical Support

The on-line Technical Support site can be accessed to conveniently open a new support ticket, view a history of past support tickets and determine update status in regards to support tickets that are presently open.
