What an amazing product. I'm very happy I upgraded to Automate 5. It's worth every cent. I've never come across a product that truly made me productive within a couple of minutes. The user interface is VERY intuitive. It's a feast to use it....

AutoMate is a stunning achievement and quite frankly, I don't know what I'd do without it. It virtually runs my PC from morning to night. It saves me hundreds of mouse clicks and keystrokes per day on the Internet, checks my mail on various servers on a schedule that I choose, runs complex system and application routines at the touch of a key, initiates complex maintenance operations and responds to variables and windows according to parameters I set -- all unattended. AutoMate is so feature rich that I still haven't discovered everything it offers. Yet it is so easy and intuitive to work with. I have never had a stability problem and in the few instances I needed assistance building a task (a process that's actually fun, by the way), the company was always there to help, usually within hours of my filing a report on their very useful discussion board. I can't heap enough praise on the makers of AutoMate. They have come up with a program that is by far the hardest working app on my system. I am still in awe of AutoMate and all of you who have made it about the most useful and high-performing program I have ever encountered. Not to mention how stable and easy it is to use. We searched long and hard to find an automation utility for our purposes and over the last month automate has proven by far the best. Gary Schultz As a small financial institution, we take pride in providing our customers with exceptional service. However, we do not have the resources for large information technology projects like major banks do, so we must spend our IT dollars very wisely. We have deployed the AutoMate software (manufactured by Network Automation) to develop a range of solutions including: 1) Accelerating and error-proofing the way in which we post debits an credits to our banking system. Now, customers have up-to-date transaction and balance information by 7AM the next day, seven days a week. Without AutoMate, the posting occurred much later in the day and didn't even happen on the weekends. 2) Automating the monitoring of mission-critical overnight processes. If any problem is encountered during these processes, AutoMate detects it and pages one of our technical people in real time so the problem can be rectified immediately. 3) Automating the process by which we send our customers their monthly statements. AutoMate allows us to encrypt and transfer sensitive customer preference and statement files to Telis, which in turn, generates and mails our customers their monthly statements.
