Email Network Automation provides complimentary (i.e. free of charge) technical support services to customers of supported products via support@networkautomation.com. Technical Support Representatives are assigned to emails as they arrive.

Fee-based Telephone Support Plans
Fee-based Telephone Technical Support Plans pertain to telephone support only. Email- and forum-based support is always complimentary. FBTS programs must be purchased in advance before technical support services are rendered (with the exception of “per incident” charges). All contracts can specify up to 2 points of contact unless otherwise indicated. Technical Support services can be provided only to the points of contact. This prevents large companies from using one technical support plan for multiple sites. Prices are divided by one year and two year agreements.
Fee-based support plans also offer varying levels of e-mail priority support and complimentary training sessions.
