AutoMate Task Steps
A step in a task is analogous to a line or block of code in a script.
Task steps comprise the execution sequence of an AutoMate Action in an AutoMate Task. A task can be comprised of one or unlimited task steps depending on its complexity. Task steps are created when a developer drags-and-drops actions into the Steps pane of AutoMate Task Builder. Once a step has been added to the task in a specific location (say step 10), it can be moved to another location via click-and-drag, deleted, copied, or modified by double-clicking. Task development is extremely intuitive and requires no knowledge of code or syntax.
